Right, back up to speed at last! And not a lot to say beyond what you've already said, really.

Yes, this is the issue to best highlight how trying to tie up the -ations storylines in a Spotlights series wouldn't work, with neither side of the story feeling particularly satisfying. It's definitely starting to feel like things were more than a little rushed, and that Furman's struggling to fit everything into four issues. Which does beg the question: If this series of "Spotlights" is all about tying up the lose ends from the previous series, then why not just have this as its own miniseries? I guess the answer is marketing, in that IDW didn't want to have two competing miniseries on the go at the same time. But if that's the case, then why not just delay AHM, or just leave this until later? It's definitely a massive editorial mis-step.

But anyway, it's kinda nice to see Dealer get his comeuppance I guess, but aside from that, all this achieves is to make me feel even more disappointed that Furman's story was shunted aside to make room for All Hail Megatron. I'm sure I won't be bitter about that next week.
